We had issues and concerns after my dad passed but Chris at Pavilion took all the stress out of it, showed us how the systems worked and allowed us time to process - after the dust settled he checked in with us periodically and then helped us transition everything over. When we discovered multiple other unknown people in the backend of the website Chris took the time to trace each of them and remove them from the database. I don’t claim to understand the technicals, only what I saw, but Pavilion made everything look so simple and helped me connect with a piece of my dad’s legacy that I’d otherwise have no clue where to start with.
